About JÄÄDE
JÄÄDE is pronounced “Yah-day.” The name blends two Finnish words — jää (ice) and lähde (spring) — a quiet nod to its origin: pure spring water from a ridge shaped by the Ice Age.
Our Water
JÄÄDE flows from a deep glacial aquifer beneath Finland’s Salpausselkä Ridge — a natural formation shaped by the Ice Age over 10,000 years ago.
It is bottled directly at the source in our state-of-the-art facility in Lahti, Finland.
Naturally filtered by the Salpausselkä ridges, JÄÄDE is pure — requiring no additional treatment.
Its source lies beneath Lahti, a city recognized as the European Green Capital 2021 for its environmental leadership.
